If you are looking for a way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture, come and try Reformer classes with Rachael and Zoe at our Studio. These classes use a special machine called a reformer, which has springs, straps and a sliding carriage to provide resistance and support for various exercises.
If you do not have any Pilates experience you will need to book the Beginner Reformer classes.
