If you are looking for a way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture, come and try Reformer classes with Rachael and Zoe at our Studio. These classes use a special machine called a reformer, which has springs, straps and a sliding carriage to provide resistance and support for various exercises.
If you do not have any Pilates/ Reformer experience you will need to book the Beginner Reformer classes.
Beginner Reformer – Monday 11.00am, Thursday 10.45am
Reformer Class – Monday 9.30am, Tuesday 7.15pm, Wednesday 7.15pm, Thursday 9.30am and 6.00pm
Dynamic Reformer (advanced level) – Wednesday 6.00pm
