Introduction To PhysioWorksNI
PhysioworksNI is a leading Physiotherapy clinic based in Gilnahirk, East Belfast specialising in the treatment of back pain and sports injuries.
Our therapists are registered with the Health Professionals Council and are skilled in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. After assessment our physios will design a treatment plan for you which may include manual massage, ultrasound, traction, acupuncture or kinesio taping. We also offer sports massage as a method of keeping your body working at its optimum level.
We have vast experience working for the NHS, private clinics and with regional and national sports teams and are recognised by all major health insurance companies.
PhysioworksNI has a bright, spacious Pilates studio where Pilates and Yoga classes are held. The studio is also available at various times of the day, evenings and weekend to rent by the hour for dance and fitness classes.
Our Chiropody/Podiatry clinic is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2- 7pm.

Beginner classes run on
Monday at 8.30pm
Tuesday at 8.30pm
Thursday at 7.20pm
Saturday at 9.15am
All classes last for 60 minutes

Mens Pilates Class

We are running a Men's Pilates class on a Thursday lunchtime 12.30-1.30pm. It is a drop in class at £9.50 per class.
Pilates has many benefits for everyone and has become very popular with men of all ages and all levels of fitness. Sports teams have also started to incorporate it into their training regimes. Listed below are some of the benefits.
