Join our Instructor David for Virtual Sunday morning Yoga.
David discovered yoga around 10 year ago, after a friend suggested it as a good accompaniment to other forms of exercise. Since then his passion for it has grown steadily. He completed his Javani Heart of Yoga Teacher training in 2016 and has been teaching a variety of classes since then.
His classes are a blend of simple flows and static poses with a focus on breath, body awareness and a calm mind. David encourages his students to experience an individual practice within the structure of the class setting.
