Full Body Blast Workshop
Come and do a small equipment workshop with Emily. Suitable for current Pilates or Yoga Class participants, Health professionals, and Fitness professionals.
A full Pilates 90 minute class using Magic circle, Balls, Band and Foam Roller to add focus and challenge to your practice, focus on core strength and improve your technique.

Come and join us to find out more about how to manage and help back pain. Emily will teach you the fundamental basics of Pilates to help you understand and begin to activate deep core muscles so you can start to help yourself. This is a very gentle introduction to Pilates and suitable for all.
