A 4 week course to make you fairway fit post lockdown with our Instructor Jayne McIlveen. Short mobility classes focusing on enhancing your golf technique and swing, mobilising stiff hips, strengthening weak shoulders and improving stamina for successfully performing 18 holes of golf.
Monday at 10.30am
Focus on hip, back and shoulder mobility using your golf club. Improve your spinal rotation and balance leading to better torque in your swing.
Wednesday at 10.30am
Golf swing drills Taking you through a series of drills to improve each element of your golf swing and technique to increase your club head speed.
This 4 week block of classes will start on Monday 1st March. Each class will last for 30 minutes.
The cost of the 4 week block of classes will be £60.
