Join our Instructor David for Sunday morning Yoga.
David discovered yoga around 10 year ago, after a friend suggested it as a good accompaniment to other forms of exercise. Since then his passion for it has grown steadily. He completed his Javani Heart of Yoga Teacher training in 2016 and has been teaching a variety of classes since then.
His classes are a blend of simple flows and static poses with a focus on breath, body awareness and a calm mind. David encourages his students to experience an individual practice within the structure of the class setting.
Yoga Basics
Basic Yoga is a class focused on breath and movement with a calm clear mind. It is a comination of simple flowing sequences and static poses and you will be encouraged to develop an awareness of your body so that you can have an individual experience.
Modifications and alternatives are offered to make these classes suitable for most levels of ability including beginners.
