Performance Mobility Class

Forget about those standing hamstring stretches you did before you walked onto the pitch, whether you work at a desk, play a sport or just feel stiff, this class is for you!

This class will move your body through its full range of motion, building strong ankles, hips and shoulders. The focus is mobilise and lengthen the full body to counteract repetitive day to day activity. Emphasis is placed on spinal movement, rotation through hips and shoulders and mobilising and stabilising feet and knees.
