YOGAbelfast offers seven
classes a week at the PhysioworksNI Studio. For beginners we offer a structured seven week course that will guide slowly and
safely through the basics of yoga providing a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the practice and postures. Ideal
for those with little or no yoga experience, or those who are returning to yoga as a refresher in order to regain lost
flexibility. The Progressive classes are for those with an established practice, or for those who have already completed our
beginners course. This is a more challenging class focusing on perfecting the basic postures, and safe guided progression
through more advanced variations and breathing techniques. Our Saturday morning drop in class is open to all ages, levels of
experience and fitness, with no booking required. These classes will guide you through relaxation, breathing and postures, with
variations to suit everyone, from beginners through to those with more established practice.
