JANUARY 2012 CLASS SCHEDULE 
Our upcoming Pilates block will start on Monday 9th January and run for 5 weeks. We will be taking new registrations from Tuesday 3rd January. If you are interested in signing up or would like some more information you can call Catherine on 02890702002. 
We have added a new Saturday morning 9.15am Beginners Class to meet demand and are always looking to add more classes as the need arises. If you would like to see another Men only class or perhaps a pre-natal or post-natal class just get in touch with your suggestions.

"I'm a reasonably fit 53 year old woman and have been going to Debbie’s Pilates class regularly for over 2 years. The classes have improved my body posture and increased my flexibility greatly. They've also helped to prevent aches and pains from old sport injuries. I've even managed to persuade my husband to join the men only class to help his back problem. Not an easy task, but after 2 months he won't give up his Pilates class for anything!

1-2-1 private Pilates sessions are available on request at a cost of £50 per hour.
